Five years + on and the site is STILL growing. We are amazed at the Worldwide interest which is shown in it. Without YOU, our visitors, this would not have been possible. I am personally indebted to both Eamon and David. Without their encouragement and input I doubt if the site would be where it is today......thanks lads!
Despite the 'recession' there are several NEW appliances STILL in the pipeline - Cork City & County, Clare, Louth, Wicklow - expect to see a few WrC's and a 're-vamped' ET also - and we hope, with your assistance, to bring photographs of these to you as they come 'on the run'.
We also wish to thank everyone who contributed to the site over the last number of years and hope that this will continue, UPDATED fleet listings are ALWAYS welcome.
Photographs from a few counties are still required, in particular we would welcome photo's of the CURRENT appliances, together with where they are stationed, in WICKLOW and from WESTERN COMMAND in NIFR&S. Photographs from other counties are also welcome.
Information on Drill/Practice nights in ALL areas and actual addresses of fire stations would also be appreciated.
ANY photo's used on the site will be credited with the name of the sender (Anonimity WILL be respected of course).
Thanks again everyone
Eddie (Gentles), Eamon (Doyle) & David (Lennox)
