" Announcement "

It gives me great pleasure to welcome a NEW member to the " Blues & Twos Team ". Mr David Lennox, who is a 'wealth of knowledge' on the N.I.F.R & S, will be solely responsible for the Northern Ireland pages.
Eamon & myself thank him for coming on-board.

Many Thanks to Eddie and Eamon for welcoming me to the Team. My "wealth of knowledge" is mainly due to the support I get from others in Northern Ireland. So thanks should also go to Martin, Jonathan, Clive and everyone else that provide support. Thanks also to the various departments within NIFRS that supply information.

David.

Message from the Webmaster

Image:

We could do with UPDATED Fleet-lists from all 32 counties......can YOU help?

Despite the 'recession' there are several NEW appliances STILL in the pipeline - Cork City & County, Clare, Louth, Wicklow - expect to see a few WrC's and a 're-vamped' ET also - and we hope, with your assistance, to bring photographs of these to you.

We also wish to thank everyone who contributed to the site over the last number of years and hope that this will continue.

It IS very much appreciated by both of us.

Photographs from a few counties are still required, in particular we would welcome photo's of the CURRENT appliances, together with where they are stationed, in CAVAN, MONAGHAN and WICKLOW. Photographs from other counties are also welcome.

Information on Drill/Practice nights in ALL areas and actual addresses of fire stations would also be appreciated.

ANY photo's used on the site will be credited with the name of the sender (Anonimity WILL be respected).

Thanks again everyone

Eddie (Gentles) and Eamon (Doyle)
